season
Every season is a race from Monday 00:00 to Monday 00:00 UTC; then its results are final and the next season starts from zero. The COOL waits in the volcano and burns every Sunday 18:00 UTC. how it works
Plays quietly in the background and goes on to the next track. Your choice is remembered on this device.
your wallet
Read-only: COOLTOWN only reads your address and balance. Nothing is signed or sent by connecting.
house
the house on the map changes as you pick — save keeps it, cancel puts it back
Only the owner can edit a house: one free sign-in in your wallet — plain text, no transaction, no approval, no gas. The chain decides every 15 minutes whether the house stands: sell below 0.1% of COOL and it collapses; the lot is freed after 48 hours.
language
Project names, posts from 𝕏, chat and news stay as people wrote them.
COOLTOWN · find on the map
Type a symbol, a name or an address. A wallet address finds its house on COOL ISLANDS.
THE VOLCANO
Every COOL the city buys — levels, boosts, billboards, house upgrades, ads, shows, HQ burns and the 0.25% COOL EXCHANGE fees — waits for the Sunday burn. Nobody can take it out. Every Sunday between 18:00 and 20:00 UTC the Mayor packs it into the sack, the COOL CHOPPER drops it into the volcano and it is burned all at once, and the whole city watches.

Every candle is a goodbye written into a transaction on Arc. Nobody can edit or remove it — the city only reads it and keeps the flame.
The City Hall flag flies this season's reigning champion. Every finished season's champions are kept here for ever — anyone can recompute them from the chain.
Ad spots
A rated project's logo on the city's billboards for 7 days — paid like everything else, for the burn. The logo is always the project's own; if a spot is taken, your week starts right after.

Payments are final. What you pay buys COOL that is burned for good. By paying you ask for the service to start at once — so there are no refunds, not even if you change your mind.
Season 0 is a test. Everything costs $1 and is reset when season 1 starts (the burned COOL stays burned).
Looks, not value. You buy looks and airtime in a game. It is not an investment, not financial advice, and it never changes a project's rating.
Fan project. COOLTOWN is independent — not affiliated with, endorsed or run by Arc or Circle.
Who builds it. COOLTOWN and ArcScore are built by an independent builder who personally holds COOL. No revenue is kept: every city payment and exchange fee is burned as COOL.
Your own risk. Blockchains, wallets and smart contracts can fail. Pay only what you are fine to lose; the contract and its rules are public (menu → contract).
Season 0 · the $1 test week
Everything costs $1 this week — levels, lights, billboards, house upgrades, ads and shows. Every dollar buys COOL and it is burned in the volcano on Sunday 18:00 UTC. When season 1 starts (Mon 19.10 00:00 UTC) the levels, ads and crowns reset and the real prices apply; plots stay. the rules ›
Real prices from now on. Every payment buys COOL and it is burned in the volcano every Sunday 18:00 UTC — nobody can take it out. Each season is a race by $COOL burned: the top three buildings stand on Winners' Island and wear the crowns — COOL KING, COOL LORD, COOL KNIGHT. Plots are final — what you build stays. the rules ›

COOLTOWN · the rules
On-chain preview. Payments here are simulated until the season contract is live — nothing is signed or sent. Then every payment is one transaction to the city contract: pay in USDC (the contract buys COOL on the pool in the same transaction) or straight in COOL. All of it waits for the Sunday burn and is burned in the volcano every Sunday. Nobody — not even us — can take USDC or COOL out of the contract.
Your level stays for good. Each upgrade makes the building bigger — Signboard $3 → Grounds $8 → Facade $20 → Floors $50 → Landmark $150 ($1 each in season 0). The level is the total COOL ever burned on the building: it only goes up and stays across every season. The crown resets each season — your level never does.
Lights · 7 days. Lights switch on at Level 1 (Signboard) — below that the building is dark. From L1 up, any burn makes it glow for 7 days; with no burn it goes dark again. Relight = any boost, from $1. A roof billboard also runs 7 days and unlocks at Facade — it shows the project's own 𝕏 account from its listings, whoever pays; a project can ask for another account by signing in with 𝕏 and proving the link. The podium on Winners' Island shows this week's top three live — the leaders change as people burn.
The season's race. One number decides it: the $COOL burned on a building this season — it resets to zero when the season ends. Levels, billboards and boosts all count the same — raw $COOL, no level multiplier (a boost is any amount, from L1, as often as you like; it never buys a level). Every season is a race by the clock, Monday 00:00 → Monday 00:00 UTC: a payment counts for the season it was made in. Then the results are final and the next season starts fresh. The COOL burns in the volcano on Sunday 18:00 UTC; a payment made after that burn still counts for its season, its COOL burns the next Sunday. The three buildings that burned the most $COOL stand on Winners' Island and wear the crowns — 1st COOL KING (gold), 2nd COOL LORD (silver), 3rd COOL KNIGHT (bronze). Arc HQ and Circle HQ burn for Winners' Island too: their $COOL counts for the podium, but an HQ never wears a crown.
Sunday: the volcano. Between 18:00 and 20:00 UTC the burn is ignited and everything waiting — the week's payments and the exchange fees — is burned to the dead address: the Mayor packs the sack, the COOL CHOPPER drops it into the volcano, the whole town watches. If the window is missed, anyone can ignite it afterwards; whoever ignites gets 0.10% of the burn (at most 100k COOL) — the only COOL that ever leaves the contract.
Money never changes the score. The grade is the ArcScore. You buy looks, names and a place in history — never a better rating.
Holders live on COOL ISLANDS. Every wallet with at least 0.1% of the COOL supply has a house, read from the chain every 15 minutes (villa from 0.5%, mansion from 1%). Sell below 0.1% and the house collapses; buy back within 48 hours and it is rebuilt. House upgrades: Seen $2 · Known $5 · Living better $10 · Island VIP $20 (season-1 prices; $1 each in season 0). The owner styles the house and may show any 𝕏 on it — it reads “set by the owner”. Smaller holders get a flat in COOL APARTMENTS: Studio from 0.01% (your window light), Loft 0.03% (+ your @X and a balcony flag), Penthouse 0.06% (+ your X picture and a gold frame).
Season 0 (12–19.10). The test week: everything costs $1, payments and burns are real, and it all resets when season 1 starts — plots stay. more
Ad spots. The LED ribbon round COOL ARENA (8 slots), its “presented by” board, the ARC INTL terminal wall banner and its two roof screens show a rated project's logo for 7 days — menu → ads, or click the spot. Paid in USDC, for the Sunday burn; if a spot is taken, your week starts right after.
You can play for free. One free fan flag every 6 hours (per wallet and per connection), nothing to pay. The most flagged building of the week is the Fans' Favourite — its flag flies over Winners' Island and on its own plot. Flags never count for the race.
Limits that protect you. A $1 minimum and caps per transaction, per wallet and for the whole city each week, read live from the contract (menu → contract). Every purchase carries a 2% price guard — if the pool moves more, the transaction stops and nothing is taken. You approve exactly the amount you pay, never unlimited.
COOLTOWN never asks for anything else. Connecting a wallet only reads your address. Payments go to the city contract, for the amount you see. COOL EXCHANGE swaps go to Uniswap's own routers on Arc — an exact approval, plus a one-time Permit2 signature for some swaps. Editing your house or flat asks for one free plain-text sign-in. Signing in with 𝕏 only reads who you are — we never post and do not keep your 𝕏 token. Anything else is not us.
What you can win: a building level for ever (from season 1) · lights 7 days · roof billboard 7 days · a crown ( COOL KING / COOL LORD / COOL KNIGHT), floodlight and street neon while you're in the city's top three by $COOL burned this season · a place on Winners' Island while you're top three · a place in the Hall of Fame for the season's champion · a Super COOL fly-by and a Mayor announcement · a COOL TV stop from Facade · your address on the Arc / Circle HQ founders' board for ever · house upgrades · 0.10% for igniting the burn whose window was missed.
The small print. Not financial advice. Grades are automated readings of public on-chain data and can be wrong; most tokens go to zero. Every payment is burned — a burn cannot be undone, so it is non-refundable. Your wallet and every transaction you sign are your responsibility. Independent fan project, not affiliated with Arc or Circle. The builder personally holds COOL; nothing paid here is kept — it is all burned.
